Schools Fasnacht 2025: A Celebration Like No Other!🎭 🎶🎨
ABS Basel was thrilled to celebrate alongside 15,000 pupils and 45,000 spectators at Switzerland’s biggest children's Fasnacht festival! The excitement at school was contagious, and the students and teachers fully embraced the Fasnacht spirit.
A huge thank you to the BISFIDI committee for organizing such a spectacular event—it was an absolute highlight!
And a special shoutout to our fantastic teaching team for guiding the creation of masks, costumes, drums, and baskets that made our group stand out.

Parents in Action! 🏃♂️🏀🎉
Recently, ABS Basel invited their primary parent group to join a sports lesson—and what a fantastic experience it was!
Parents and pupils had a great time staying active together while promoting fitness, teamwork, and skill-building.
The energy was high, the encouragement was nonstop, and for some parents… it felt like stepping back into their school days.
A huge bravo to our amazing teachers for leading the way with enthusiasm and openness.

A Second Week of Adventure in Winterthur🔥
From outdoor exploration to indoor fun, Week 2 of the ABS Winterthur holiday club was filled with action!
The children spent a day in the forest grilling hot dogs and marshmallows, crafting own bows and arrows, and building a hut from branches.
The adventure continued at Wunderland, where they climbed, bounced, and zoomed down slides, before enjoying plenty of outdoor play at nearby parks.
And to top it all off? Daily face painting sessions that added a pop of colour to their days.
