Celebrating French at ABS Basel 🥐✨
From short films and poems to performances and presentations, pupils at ABS Basel recently came together for a wonderful morning dedicated to French language learning.
It was a lovely opportunity for classes to share their progress, celebrate their creativity and be inspired by one another.
And, of course, a French celebration would not be complete without some delicious treats. A special thank you goes to the fantastic Year 6 pupils for organising and serving the food so beautifully.
Merci to the teachers for making language learning such a vibrant and engaging part of school life.

Winterthur wächst 🏗️
Pünktlich zum neuen Schuljahr entsteht am Standort Winterthur mehr Raum zum Lernen, Bewegen und Begegnen.
Die Schülerinnen und Schüler der Academia Bilingual School, Academia International School und Academia Matura dürfen sich auf ein neues Schulgebäude und eine Dreifach-Turnhalle freuen.
Die Impressionen zeigen erste Einblicke in die Turnhalle, den geschützten Innenhof als künftigen Pausen- und Spielbereich sowie die grosszügigen Schulzimmer.

Young Artists, Big Recognition 🎨🏠
Congratulations to all ABS Basel pupils who took part in this year’s drawing competition.
A special well done goes to Giulia, Year 6, and Xenia, Year 5, who were selected as official competition winners. Their creativity and artistic talent made a wonderful impression.

Interschool Sport Football Gala Day 🏆⚽
Rankhof Sportzentrum was full of energy as pupils from across a group of schools came together for a fantastic Football Gala Day.
It was wonderful to see such strong sportsmanship across all teams, creating a great atmosphere of camaraderie and fair play.
The day brought plenty of exciting matches, close results, and impressive individual performances.
ABS Basel put in a brilliant performance, finishing as runners-up in the Years 3–4 category.
The school is also especially proud of Sebastian, who showed exceptional talent in goal and deservedly received the Golden Gloves Award in the Years 5–6 category.
A big thank you to BLIS, ipsoRFN, ELA and BKA for joining and helping make the day such a memorable one.
